Das Thema ‚ethische Kompetenzen‘ beschäftigte uns schon lange vor der Veröffentlichung von Nahal Jafroudis Buch „Rethinking the Human Person – Moral Landscape and Ethical Literacy“
. Aber ihr Buch hat die wissenschaftliche Auseinandersetzung mit dem Thema sehr befruchtet. Und so freuen wir uns, dass unser Beitrag „Ethical Literacy, Generation Corona and Design Your Life!“ bei der (virtuellen) NeuroPsychoEconomics Conference 2020 Anerkennung gefunden hat.
[English: The topic of ‚ethical competencies‘ has been on our minds not only since the publication of Nahal Jafroudi’s book „Rethinking the Human Person – Moral Landscape and Ethical Literacy“. But her book has greatly stimulated the scientific debate on the subject. Hence, we are pleased that our contribution „Ethical Literacy, Generation Corona and Design Your Life!“ has been accepted for the (virtual) NeuroPsychoEconomics Conference 2020.]
Die Konferenz NeuroPsychoEconomics wurde 2005 gegründet und ist die erste wissenschaftliche Plattform, die an der Schnittstelle von Neurowissenschaften, Psychologie, Ökonomie und Marketing angesiedelt ist. Angela Poech, Professorin an der Hochschule München, legte in ihrem Vortrag den Fokus auf die Frage: Warum sind ethische Kompetenzen besonders für Kinder und Jugendliche der aktuellen Generation von Bedeutung? Damit hat sie offensichtlich einen Nerv getroffen, wie die positiven Reaktionen der anderen Konferenzmitglieder zeigten. Der Vortrag [1] wurde im Rahmen der Konferenz aufgezeichnet und ist jetzt auf unserem Ethica Rationalis YouTube Kanal abrufbar.
[English: Founded in 2005, NeuroPsychoEconomics is the first scientific platform at the interface of neuroscience, psychology, economics, and marketing. Angela Poech, Professor for Entrepreneurship at the University of Applied Sciences Munich, focused in her presentation on the question: Why is it particularly important for this generation of children, teens, and young adults to acquire ethical literacy? She obviously hit a nerve with this question, as the positive reactions of the other conference members showed.
